What you can do with OnnIA, what we commit to, and how the relationship between both parties works.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the OnnIA platform, its applications, APIs, connectors, documentation, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, the user or entity ("Client" or "You") agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind it.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials, the use of your Account, and the activity of your authorized users. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident related to your Account.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable Plan, OnnIA grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services during the Subscription term solely for internal purposes or as otherwise expressly authorized by the Plan.
You agree to use the Services lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms.
OnnIA may suspend or limit access upon reasonable indications of breach, security risk, or legal obligation.
The Services may include artificial intelligence features, including proprietary and/or third-party models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate depending on the context. You are responsible for validating Outputs before using them in business decisions or any critical use case.
As between the parties, the Client retains ownership of Client Data. The Client grants OnnIA a limited authorization to host, process, transmit, and transform Client Data solely to: (i) provide the Services; (ii) deliver support and maintenance; (iii) ensure security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance; and (iv) perform aggregated and/or anonymized analytics for operational improvement.
Model training: by default, OnnIA does not use Client Data to train general-purpose AI models, unless the Client expressly consents or the data has been irreversibly anonymized/aggregated.
The Services may interoperate with Third-Party Services. You are responsible for accepting and complying with third-party terms and for granting appropriate, minimum necessary permissions. OnnIA is not responsible for the availability, changes, failures, or acts of third parties, nor for losses arising from interruptions or modifications to those services.
The features, limits, prices, and conditions of each Plan are described in the Order Form or related documentation. Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew for equivalent periods unless cancelled before the next billing cycle begins.
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time; cancellation prevents future charges and access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
No refunds: paid amounts are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless required by mandatory law or due to a billing error attributable to OnnIA.
Standard support is provided in accordance with published documentation. Service levels (SLAs) apply only where an Enterprise plan or a specific SLA addendum has been contracted.
Each party will keep the other party's Confidential Information confidential, using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and in no event less than reasonable care.
OnnIA and/or its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, trademarks, UI/UX, documentation, and improvements. To the extent permitted by law, the Client acquires such rights as may correspond to Outputs generated specifically for the Client.
OnnIA may suspend or terminate access in the event of material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment. Upon termination, the processing of Client Data will be governed by the Privacy Policy and the DPA, where applicable.
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnnIA will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
OnnIA may update these Terms. If a change is material, notice will be provided by email or within the product. Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.
